Red Quinoa Fruit Salad

1 cup fresh blueberries or strawberries
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
4 apples, chopped
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup pecans, lightly chopped
2 cups cooked red quinoa

Dressing:
1/4 c flax oil or coconut oil
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c honey
1/4 c Golden Balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar
Whisk with a dash of salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbs fresh grated ginger

Toss all ingredients in large bowl and toss with fruit dressing.
