Pumpkin Muffins vegan

1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c rolled oats
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 Tbs flaxseed

1/3 c water
1/3 c almond or soy milk
1/2 c honey or agave or real maple syrup
1/2 c applesauce
1 c pumpkin puree

Preheat oven to 350. Add first 9 ingredients to blender and pulse to chop oats and sift. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients and blend. Drop into lined muffin tins and bake for 22 - 24 minutes or until top pops back when touched.
