Broccoli Mushroom Soup

Cream Soup Base
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. chicken boullion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 cups milk

Melt butter, add flour, and seasoning. Stir in milk.
Bring to boiling for one minute.

Soup ingredients and directions:
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 recipe basic cream soup base
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped

Sautee onion and mushrooms in butter.
Combine all ingredients.
