Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

6-8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c chopped cooked ham
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Place sliced potatoes, cheese, onion and ham in crockpot. Mix soup and water together and add to crockpot. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover, and cook on High for 4 hours.
