1 lb. coleslaw mix
1 bunch green onions, diced
2 pkg. chicken ramen noodles (including the seasoning packets)
1 c. cashews or slivered almonds
1 c. sunflower seeds
½ c. sugar
1/3 cup red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
¼ c. vegetable oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the nuts and seeds which should be added before serving to stay crisp.
