Honey Garlic Pork Chops

1 cup ketchup
1/3 c honey
1/4 c soy sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 lbs boneless pork chops (6 4oz portions)
salt and pepper

In a medium bowl stir together ketchup, honey, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside.
Lightly season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
Brush each chop with the sauce to coat.
Place chops onto the grill and cook (while basting with the sauce often) for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 145 degrees.
Makes 6 servings.
