1 c cashews
1 c dates, soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
1/4 c dried cranberries
1-2 Tbs of baking cocoa powder
Drain dates and combine all ingredients in a food processor until chopped and sticky. If too dry to form bars, add drops of water until it sticks together.
Press onto wax or parchment paper and roll out to a 1/4 inch. Cut into bars and freeze.
Store in baggie or container in the freezer.
