Huli Huli Chicken

 From Six Sisters Stuff

1/2 c pineapple juice

1/2 c brown sugar

1/3 c ketchup

1/3 c soy sauce

1/4 tsp ground ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs


In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for marinade and transfer to a zip log bag.

Add chicken to the bag and place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Remove and drain marinade (keep excess marinade for extra sauce.)

Grill chicken over medium high heat 6-8 minutes on each side until done.

Serve with rice and Hawaiian mac salad.
