From Six Sisters Stuff
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/2 c brown sugar
1/3 c ketchup
1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for marinade and transfer to a zip log bag.
Add chicken to the bag and place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Remove chicken (saving marinade for sauce.) Boil marinade to thicken and to remove raw chicken impurities.
Grill chicken over medium high heat 6-8 minutes on each side until done.
for extra sauce.Serve with coconut rice and Hawaiian mac salad.
