Brownies in a muffin tin

Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter. A cookie scoop can help for even distribution.


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.


Start checking around the 20-minute mark. 


A toothpick inserted into the center of a brownie cup should come out with moist crumbs, not wet batter. 


Be careful not to overbake, as they cook much faster than a full pan.


Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 5 to 10 minutes to help them set.
