Easy Pie Crust

1 3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
mix till crumbly, add:
1/4 c water

Roll out half between 2 sheets of wax paper. Place in pie plate and crimp edges.
Makes 2 shells.

To make a prebaked shell Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

This pie crust is better for you and still very tasty.
