Stuffed Mushrooms

1 pound mushrooms, stem and set heads aside
chop stems finely
1 bunch green onions chopped fine.
Saute stems and onions in butter or margarine. Until very lightly browned.
Cook 1 (6 1/2 oz) pkg. stuffing as to directions on package.
Crumble 1 (4 to 8 oz) pkg. Blue cheese
Chopped parsley
1 T. Lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and stuff heads of mushrooms till heaping.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400* for 8-12 minutes.
Serve hot.
