Mix together:
3 Tbs cocoa
1/4 c margarine, melted
Mix into chocolate:
1 beaten egg
3/8 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
Spoon 1-2 Tbs per brownie onto hot waffle iron. Cook 45 -60 seconds. Lift off carefully and let cool.
Can be served with chocolate frosting, but good plain too.
