Spinach Dip

1 Knorr’s cream of spinach soup mix
16 oz. Sour cream
1 small can water chestnuts
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ C. Fresh grated Parmesan or Assiago cheese (optional)

Mix first 4 ingredients together (not cheese) and serve in bread bowl.
OR
Mix all ingredients including cheese and heat through.
Serve with chips, bread or veggies.
