Marinated Cherry Tomato Salad

4 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
handful of parmesan cheese

In a small bowl mix dressing ingredients well.  Pour dressing over tomatoes in a serving dish and gently stir to coat.  Chill for an hour or two.  Add parmesan cheese and gently stir before serving.
Great served with crusty bread.
