Chicken Taquitos

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c green salsa
1 t lime juice
1/2 t cumin
1 t chili powder
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t granulated garlic
3 T chopped cilantro
2 T chopped green onions
2 c shredded cooked chicken
1 c grated pepperjack cheese
16 corn tortilla or 8 flour tortillas
2 T oil

Heat oven to 425.  Line baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.  heat cream cheese in microwave for about 20-30 seconds so it's soft.  Add green salsa, lime juice, cumin chili powder, onion powder and garlic to soft cream cheese.  Stir to combine and add cilantro and green onions.  Add chicken and cheese mixing well.

Work with a few tortillas at a time and heat in the microwave until they are soft enough to roll without cracking about 20-30 seconds.  Keep between damp paper towels until ready to use.  Place 2-3 T of chicken on the corn tortillas and 1/4 c on the flour tortillas.  Roll up and place seam side down on the baking sheet in a single layer.  Spray tops lightly with cooking spray or brush with oil.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until crisp and the ends start to get golden brown.  Cool for 5 - 10 minutes and serve with sour cream, guacamole or salsa.
