Vanilla Crepes

1 1/2 c milk
3 egg yolks
2 Tbs vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
2 Tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
5 Tbs melted butter
Combine all ingredients until well blended.  Heat a frying pan over medium heat until hot.  Coat with vegetable oil or spray.  Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan and tip to spread batter to edges.  When bubbles form on the top and the edges are dry, flip over and cook until lightly browned on the other side.  Repeat with remaining batter.
Fill crepes with your favorite fruit, whipped cream or yogurt.
