Tuna Casserole

1 can tuna, drained
1 1/2 c cooked rice or cooked noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c milk
1 c frozen peas and carrots
1/4 c celery, chopped
1/2 c grated cheese
Toppings:
1/4 c grated cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes
2 Tbs butter, melted

Combine first 7 ingredients and put in greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.  Combine toppings and sprinkle over the top.  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
