Navajo Tacos

1-2 cans pinto beans, drained & rinsed
1/4 c taco seasoning
1/4 c water
Combine and heat through in pan. 
Toppings:
Lettuce
tomatoes
salsa
sour cream
green onions
cheese

Serve on flat bread.
I make my own flat bread from either bread dough or freezer rolls (like Rhodes) that have been thawed and rolled flat.  I fry the bread in 1-2 tsp butter or oil.
Serves 4-6.
