Won Ton Soup

1 pkg won ton wrappers
1 bunch green onions
1 lb lean ground pork
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 cups chicken broth
16 uncooked medium shrimp
1 medium head bok choy, torn into 2 inch pieces
dash soy sauce
dash sesame oil

Dice green onions and set aside.  Finely chop 1 Tbs of the green onions and place in bowl with the pork, sesame oil, soy sauce, egg salt and pepper.  Mix the filling well.  Spoon 1 Tbs filling into center or wrap.  Lightly moisten the edges of wrap with water.  Fold in half and seal or follow instructions on package.
Bring broth to boil in large saucepan over medium heat.  Drop wontons into the broth; cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until they float to surface.  Reduce heat to simmer and stir in the shrimp and bok choy.  Simmer 2 minutes; until the shrimp turn pink.  Garnish with remaining green onion and a dash of soy sauce and sesame oil and serve hot.
