1 head cabbage, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 c milk
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 1/2 Tbs white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
Cabbage should be chopped very finely and mixed with carrot. Combine dressing ingredients thoroughly then mix well with cabbage and carrot. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for best results before serving.
