Apple Pie Chimichangas

4 flour tortillas
1 cup apple pie filling, heated
1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Heat the apple pie filling in a small sauce pan.

Heat 1 inch of oil in a pan to 350 degrees.
Put 1/4 cup pie filling into the center of a tortilla and roll like a burrito - folding in the sides to enclose all of the filling.

Carefully place rolled chimichanga into the hot oil.  Cook on each side for about 30 - 45 seconds until lightly browned.

Remove from oil.  Place on paper towel lined plate and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Let cool slightly before eating.
