Twice Baked Potatoes

6 large potatoes
6 oz cream cheese softened
1 c sour cream
2 Tbs butter
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 Tbs grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350.
Pierce the potatoes several times with a fork.  Microwave potatoes for 8-10 minutes until soft, turning them over halfway through cooking time.
Cut in half and scoop out the insides, placing them in a bowl. Add cream cheese, sour cream and butter.  Beat until smooth add onion salt, salt and pepper and stir.  Spoon potato mixture into a baking dish and top with cheese.  Bake until cheese melts and potatoes are heated through, about 15 minutes.
