Pioneer Bread

2 c. warm water
1 rounded tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs honey
Add flour until stiff (I usually use 3 - 3 1/2 cups)

Let rise 45 minutes. Pour into greased pan; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes, turn bread out of pan to avoid sweating. Allow to cool completely.
Yield: 1 loaf
