1/2 cup oil
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c molasses
1 egg
1 c white flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 tsp soda
1 tsp ginger
Mix together and roll into walnut sized balls. Roll in white granulated sugar and bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes. Do not overbake.
