Whole Wheat Peach Cobbler

2 c whole wheat flour
1 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 or 2 quarts of peaches
1 stick of melted butter

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and eggs until crumbly. Drain away juice from the peaches reserving about 1 1/4 cups. Pour peaches and reserved juice into a 9x13 pan. Add 1/2 of the dry mixture to the peaches and mix. Sprinkle remaining dry mixture over the top of the peaches and drizzle melted butter over that. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
