Pumpkin Muffins

1 c pumpkin puree
1/2 c honey
1/4 c brown sugar
1/3 c applesauce
1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 c white flour
1/2 c oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 12 muffin cups or line with liners.
In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients.  Combine all wet ingredients and mix with dry until smooth.  Scoop into muffin cups.  Makes 12 regular muffins.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until muffin centers bounce back when lightly touched.

Original recipe was doubled and I add raisins and chocolate chips.
