White Christmas Peppermint Fudge

3 c white chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
5-6 crushed candy canes

Over low heat, melt chips with milk, vanilla, and salt.  Remove from heat and stir in crushed candy canes.  Spread into foil lined pan.  Chill 2 hours or until firm.  Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.  Store covered in fridge.
