Corn Salsa for Fish Tacos

1 c. corn, blackened in a dry skillet
1/2 c. diced red onion
1/2 c. diced red pepper
1 c. loosely packed cilantro leaves, chopped
1 lime, zest and juice

Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to serve.  Serve with blackened tilapia on soft or hard shell tacos.
